A day before he went back to school we headed to Cracker Barrel and he had fun using his new Crayola crayons to finish up his summer homework. He loves that this box is only his and that brother can’t use them. They are for homework only!
Brother Henry did get to use some of the cool makers that Crayola sent over. That is when things got a bit silly with the Silly scents!
Can you tell which one Henry was testing out? Haha! I loved smelly things as a kid. Remember scratch and sniff stickers? Crayola Silly scent markers are really cool and smell just like they are described.
He was pretty sad when he started school last Wednesday. He cried quiet a bit. He wasn’t the only kid sad though. When he went to school Monday he did a lot better. When he got off he said, “I didn’t cry today Mommy!” I said, “That’s awesome! Everyday we picked him up even on his first day I would say, “I missed you today!” and he would say, “Well I didn’t miss you! I was having a lot of fun!” I was like, “WHAT??” Made me sad, but I am glad he was at least having fun at school. Silly kid.
Crayola Silly Scents Chisel Tip Scented Washable Markers feature enticing scents that add a new dimension to kids’ artwork. Each aromatic art tool immediately turns any coloring project into a scribble and sniff experience!
Crayola fun doesn’t stop at markers and crayons! Check out Crayola.com for tons of toys and fun activities! They even have a crayola train that Adam is dying for, so we will have to talk to Santa about that! Can you believe Christmas is right around the corner? This year is going by super fast! Big thank you to Crayola for making Adam’s first day of school a little more exciting!
How did your child do when it was time to start school? Were they sad? Did they cry? How did you handle it?
